Wheatland County is a great place to live and grow.
And as our County gets a little bigger and continues to change, we want to make sure it keeps getting better.
We need a plan to make sure our open spaces, recreational facilities and cultural opportunities adapt with our growth and needs over the next ten years.
So, as our community continues to grow and change, how do we make it better? What counts?
As a first step, we need to hear about what’s important to you. We want to know more about your thoughts, priorities and preferences when planning for a bigger and better Wheatland County.

We are so grateful for those of you that have shared your thoughts on how Wheatland County could change or improve our open spaces, recreational facilities, and cultural opportunities over the next 10 years.
Your ideas matter and we need your help to ensure these places and spaces keep up with the needs of our community. We aren’t able to bring everyone together in person, as a result of the pandemic.
To help prevent the spread of COVID-19, Wheatland County cancelled in person events as recommended by Alberta Public Health.
